Evidence of Insurance
University departments sponsoring activities or events off campus may be asked to provide evidence of the university's insurance. A Certificate of Insurance provides evidence that the university maintains appropriate insurance at the levels required by an agreement with a third party. If a third party is requesting to be named on the university's insurance, an executed copy of the contract or agreement must be provided to Risk Management in order to obtain a Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement.
