Reporting a Work-Related Injury (Non-Emergency):

  1. Notify your supervisor immediately
  2. Call the 24/7 Nurse Triage Hotline: 1-844-212-8134
    • This dedicated injury-reporting hotline connects you with a registered nurse who will assess your injury and provide appropriate medical guidance.
    • The nurse will ask questions to understand the injury, offer first-aid advice or refer you to an approved clinic, and help coordinate next steps.
    • Calling the hotline ensures your injury is documented properly and initiates the necessary workers’ compensation paperwork.
