Employee Training

Employee training courses are primarily assigned through the California State University (CSU) Learning Management System CSULearn. Employees are enrolled for courses based on their job descriptions and tasks. This includes paid student employees and some registered volunteers.

Researchers and Laboratories

Training for Researchers and Laboratory workers is described on our Training for Researchers page.

Instructional Courses

Courses that have been identified as containing hazards must include safety training. Refer to our Hazardous Materials and Equipment Safety Training for Students in Courses page for more information.

Student Organizations

Student Organizations that work with hazardous materials or hazardous equipment must take an awareness training to participate in those activities. Refer to our Registered Student Organizations Safety Awareness Training page for more information.
