Covid-19 Resources
Many faculty and staff may have questions associated with safety precautions for COVID-19 while working on campus as we continue our gradual campus repopulation. In an effort to be responsive to questions, a number of resources have been made available, including the weekly newsletters, town hall recordings, COVID-19 training videos, resource documents and frequently asked questions. All of these are available on the SDSU Campus Repopulation site and on the public-facing COVID-19 website, to include:
- Zoom-based support for faculty through the Faculty Instructional Technology (FIT) Center
- The online form to report a COVID-19 case or concern, along with general COVID-19 prevention information
- Information about the Employee Assistance Program and getting individualized support, including confidential access to resources and clinically trained counselors 24 hours a day.
- Campus Support Services for both students and employees
We have also created a new access point via the Facilities Services Request Portal for faculty and staff to ask safety-related questions. In addition, college or division representatives can utilize the same portal to request two-ply facial coverings (one per employee) and hand sanitizer (if still available). This new communication tool is being made available to you in conjunction with university guidelines.
Please reach out to us if you have any COVID-19-related questions or concerns. We will do our best to direct you to the applicable answers from Environmental, Health & Safety or other departments on campus.
