Lost or Stolen Card
SDSU Students
Follow these steps if you've lost your card:
- Report card lost on GET (click on "I Lost My Card")
- *If you find your card, you can re-activate your card by clicking on "I Found My Card". If the missing card contains a funds balance, reporting your card lost will prevent others from using it.
- 2. In GET application, Click on "SDSU Card Replacement Request" (Under SDSU Quick Links) to request replacement card

SDSU Faculty and Staff
Follow these steps if you've lost your card:
- Report card lost on GET (click on "I Lost My Card")
- *If you find your card, you can re-activate your card by clicking on "I Found My Card". If the missing card contains a funds balance, reporting your card lost will prevent others from using it.
- Visit card office to get replacement card
- Report card lost on GET (click on "I Lost My Card")
- *COVID* Email our office, to have your replacement card reissued.
- Post COVID-Visit our office to replace your card (students must pay $25.00 replacement fee at Student Account Services)
- *We refer to your picture in our system for identification. Payments can be made online at www.sdsu.edu/sas.
Extended Studies/American Language Institute Students
Extended Studies
Pay at the Extended Studies cashier and bring the receipt to the SDSUcard office.
American Language Institute
Pay at their respective office and bring your temporary ID (3 x 5 index card) to our office.
Auxiliary Staff (Associated Students, Aztec Shops, SDSU Foundation)
- Report card lost on GET (click on "I Lost My Card")
- *If you find your card, you can re-activate your card by logging into your account and clicking on "I Found My Card". If the missing card contains a funds balance, reporting your card lost will prevent others from using it.
- Obtain an ID Memorandum from your Human Resources department.
- Visit our office to replace your card.
SDSU Funds Program card is non-transferable, and must be presented to campus authorities upon demand. If lost or mutilated a replacement cost will be charged. If found, drop in any mailbox. Lost or Stolen Guest Card
- If a guest card is lost or stolen, the value on the card cannot be refunded or recovered.
