Account Information & Making Payments
1. Current Term Bills (Fall 2022 forward), use my.SDSU
Effective Fall 2022, SDSU has moved to a "post-pay model" for paying Basic Tuition & Fees. After registration, you will pay tuition and fees for the given term you have enrolled in.
To pay tuition & fees and view account activity, please log into my.SDSU.
2. Prior Term Bills: Current Students
Log in directly to the Online Student Account using your SDSU ID.
3. Prior Term Bills: Former Students
Using your WebPortal login credentials (SDSU ID or RED ID #): pay charges from Summer 2022 and prior terms, see your account activity and statements by selecting Student Account Services. WebPortal (select Student Account Services).

Finalize Your Enrollment
Newly admitted students should review the steps on how to navigate my.SDSU. my.SDSU is where students can accept their offers of admission, review official transcript and test score status, and access the Housing Portal to complete the Student Housing License Agreement (if applicable).

1098T Forms Available Now
Form 1098T for the 2022 calendar year is now available.
If you are a current student, 5 years of 1098T information will be available online via my.SDSU.edu in your Financial Account Tile.
If you are a student who attended SDSU for a term prior than Fall 2022, your 1098T information is available via Webportal and selecting Student Account Services.
If you have previously chosen to opt out of receiving the 1098T electronically, a paper 1098T form will be mailed to you, postmarked by January 31, 2023.
Spring 2023 Tuition and Fees will be due January 11, 2023.
Note: 1-2 days after you register for the Spring 2023 term, you will see your Spring 2023 charges on my.SDSU (under the “Financial Account” tile). Financial Aid and Scholarship disbursements will begin the week of January 9th.
Please pay attention to emails and announcements from the Student Financial Center to stay informed about how to use my.SDSU to pay student charges and other items related to the student's financial account.

SDSU's Transitioning to my.SDSU
SDSU is transitioning to a singular portal: my.SDSU, that will streamline the enrollment, registration, financial aid and student accounts processes. In addition to this change, SDSU will move to a "post-pay model" for paying Basic Tuition & Fees. This means you will now pay tuition & fees in my.SDSU after you have enrolled in classes. The due date for all Spring 2023 tuition fees will be January 11, 2023.
Summer 2022 Class Schedule & Fee Payment
The Summer 2022 class schedule was published on February 21, 2022. Continuing students will be able to view their fee payment date in WebPortal at this time. As a reminder, students will not be able to register for courses unless Basic Tuition & Fees has been paid or postponed by Financial Aid.
The fee payment date for all students is availabe in WebPortal under "My Registration". Basic Tuition and Fees should be paid at least two weeks prior to your registration date.

1098-T Forms Now Available Online
1098-T forms are available online. Simply log in to your Online Student Account and on the main screen look for the 1098-T section. There will be a link for your to view and download the current 2021 form (in addition to prior year forms). Note: 1098-T cannot be accessed from a parent account.
If you are waiting for 1098-T to be delivered by mail they will arrive at the end of January. We encourage all students to access their forms online, and to consider clicking the button to sign up for electronic delivery only (option located in the same section).

American Rescue Plan (HEERF III) - August 2021

We Have a New Virtual Assistant!
Student Account Services has a implemented a Chat Bot (virtual assistant) to assist in answering basic student finance questions. To utilize the Chat Bot click on the red chat bubble in the lower corner of the screen to ask your questions. Please be patient as the Chat Bot is still learning.
If the Chat Bot is stumped by a question you ask, please submit a ticket with additional information regarding your question to assist in making it smarter.

Student Involvement & Representation Fee (SIRF) Information
SIRF is a optional $2 fee assessed twice a year (Fall and Spring semesters) to all California State University (CSU) students in order to fund the California State Student Association.

registration, financial aid and student accounts processes. Via my.SDSU students are
able to view Financial Aid tasks (To-Do Lists), if applicable, and take action for
the Fall 2022 - Spring 2023 aid year.
The Cal Coast Student Financial Center is holding webinars to educate the campus community about the my.SDSU platform and the financial aid features currently available to students who have applied for 2022-23 financial aid.
