Staples Agreement

Beginning October 1, 2015, The California State University and its institutions entered into an agreement with Staples for office products, paper, toner, office furniture and related items. Most of these purchases may be completed online, without a purchase order, using your PCC through the CSUBUY Web site.


CSUBUY uses Single Sign-on with your SDSU ID and Multi Factor Authentication with the DUO application for all campus users. To establish an account please login into CSUBUY and logout once into the application. The login action will create the base Shopper account for CSUBUY. Please contact Contract and Procurement Management at [email protected] for elevated access to checkout and use your Procurement Credit Card as a Requestor.

Procurement Credit Card Program

Purchases made through the Campus Market Place shall be made using a Procurement Credit Card and guided by the PCC Handbook for appropriate purchases.
