Expectations & Obligations

Terms and conditions beyond the minimum standards may be incorporated whenever there is concurrence between the campus and the supplier / contractor that such terms and conditions necessary to convey a clear understanding of each party’s expected role, its obligations and the parameters in which the activities must be carried out under the contract.

Applicable Laws, Regulations & Policies

Such additional terms and conditions, whether proposed by the campus or by the supplier / contractor, must first be determined to be in concert with all applicable laws, regulations and policies prior to the contract being executed.
