The CSU’s Conflict of Interest code requires Employees in Designated Positions  to file a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700)  on an annual basis. Each designated position has a list of disclosure categories. The CSU Conflict of Interest Disclosure Categories  list provides a description of each of these categories.

Employees in these “designated positions” are also required by state law to complete an on-line CSU Ethics Training every two years. Completion time for the training is approximately 90 minutes with testing embedded throughout the content. This training is accessible wherever Internet access is available. If you have not participated in the training, or two years has elapsed, you will be notified by e-mail of the time frame in which you will need to complete this training.
