About the Academy
The Supervisor’s Academy is a program designed to provide supervisors and lead employees with the supervisory skills essential to successfully managing and directing employees at SDSU. Participants will attend 7 full-day training sessions to:
- Develop their core supervisory skills
- Become familiar with resources available to them
- Network with their colleagues
The Academy is tailored specifically to meet the needs of SDSU employees with training sessions delivered by internal administrators and external consultant.
