Procedures for Getting Account-Access Approval
To access Oracle Applications / MarkView Imaging / Oracle PeopleSoft, your department manager must provide written approval (their signature) authorizing your access to confidential information stored in these databases. To request access, download and print the forms:
Complete and sign the document(s) and forward to the Business Information Systems HelpDesk at mail code 7712, or FAX to ext. 4-6969. For assistance, call the Business Information Systems HelpDesk during regular working hours Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at ext. 4-0899.
Procedures for Creating Passwords:
The first time you log into the system, you will be prompted to change your password. When creating a password, keep in mind that it must meet certain complexity-criteria, as outlined below:
