Project LEAP - “learning enabled administrative processes” - a project that was undertaken by San Diego State University to replace existing processes for acquisitions, expenditures, employee management, assets, receivables, budgeting, and financial reporting with new processes taking advantage of object-relational and network systems technology.

Today Project LEAP is a robust, full implementation of the Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS) set of financial modules with use of MarkView imaging and workflow for AP. SDSU utilizes delivered functionality in the following Oracle eBS modules: Accounts Payable and Payments, Purchasing and iProcurement, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Cash Management, Report Manager, WebADI, and General Ledger.
