What’s New?

Project Go Live and Status Update

On August 14 we had a very smooth go-live introducing general access to Self Service Candidate Gateway to all campus employees. This is the process that allows our employees to apply for staff positions in the new system. On September 7 additional general access was rolled out to all campus employees: Employee Self-service and Manager Self-service modules.

  • Employee Self-service — allows employees to review and update one’s own personal, demographical, and biographical data; such as, home address, home phone, business E-mail, and emergency contact information. Employee Self-service also allows access to some Benefit and Pay Warrant information as well.
  • Manager Self-service — allows managers to review job information about employees under their supervision.

Open Lab Hours

The Applications Training Lab is reserved for “Open Lab” Friday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in AD-233. Open Lab is offered to provide students with one-on-one instruction, for those needing assistance working with the new system, or for those who would like additional training, beyond what is covered in our formal class-session curricula. You may also view Training Materials, developed by the Center for Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
