Responsibilities

The Steering Committee for the HCM 8.9 Implementation Project meets regularly to monitor the project. It is charged with:

• Approving guidelines to ensure equality of contribution and benefit for each campus unit.
• Approving changes to major business policies and procedures.
• Allocating resources as appropriate.
• Approving changes in project scope.
• Resolving any issues presented by Project Management or the Executive Sponsors.
