Managing your Budgeted Dollars

Account Manager's Responsibilities

Account Managers in each of the university's departments are responsible for managing the budgeted dollars allocated to them.

 

Reporting Tools

Standard Reports are available to be run by Account Managers. These standard reports include:

  • Budget Funds Available Analysis Report
  • Account Analysis Report
  • Trial Balance

Customized versions of the Budget Funds Available Report and the Account Analysis Report also are available. Customized versions are published in Excel and are retrievable from the Web.
