Preparation of Legal-basis, Year-end Financial Reports

in Compliance with State Mandates

Annual Report Submission

The university submits annual reports to the Chancellor's Office, to the State Controller, and to the State Treasurer. Electronic data submissions accomplish many of the university's reporting requirements. Financial Reporting prepares several annual reports which are not subject to electronic submission. Those reports include the Report of Banks (Reports 14, 14b and 14c) and the Statement of Changes in Capital Assets (Reports 18 and 19).

Other Funds

For selected funds, Financial Reporting also prepares a Pre-Closing Trial Balance, a Statement of Financial Condition, an Analysis of Change in Fund Balance, and a Post-Closing Trial Balance.
