ReproGraphic Services receives FSC Certification
ReproGraphic Services is pleased to announce that it has received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certification for the paper products used in its operation. Using certified papers is part of the FSC’s world-wide efforts to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests. To earn this certification, ReproGraphics underwent a rigorous process that encompassed a site audit of its policies and procedures, records, paper usage and product labeling. Certification in the program expands and acknowledges ReproGraphics’ dedication to the environment and sustainability practices on campus. The certification process was performed by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), an independent third-party certifier of environmental and sustainability claims. What FSC means to you
Printing on FSC-certified papers is an effective way to demonstrate commitment to sustainability.

FSC certification helps ensure that your paper has been handled in an environmentally friendly manner in each manufacturing step, from raw forest material to the final printed piece.

Information for our customers
Certification applies to the paper used for printing a job. A printer is not required to print all of their jobs using certified paper.

ReproGraphics encourages customers to use certified papers, however, this is optional. Requests for certified paper should be made when placing an order. All letterhead and business cards are printed on FSC paper.

Certification applies to all kinds of paper, recycled and non-recycled. ReproGraphics utilizes FSC papers as their house stocks.

Certification does not affect the cost of printing. ReproGraphics has been using FSC papers for years but just recently achieved certification.

Jobs printed on certified papers may bear the logo and trademarks of the FSC organization subject to the graphic standards of the sponsoring organizations.
