CSU, UC Shall Be Tuition Free – Tuition Defined As Student Charges for Instructional Expenses
Systems Shall Devise Fee Structure and Collect Sufficient Revenues to Cover Operating Costs
Ancillary Services (Housing, Parking) Shall Be Self-Supporting and Not Subsidized By Taxpayers
Student Financial Aid Shall Be Made Available, As Fees And Non-Resident Tuition Increase
