Short Term

  • Enact the Governor’s Budget

  • Support CSU’s current policy on financial aid

  • Maintain funding for enrollment growth

  

Long Term

  • Restore base cuts (10%) made this year

  • Enact long term fee policy

  • Address funding for new and existing Off-Campus Centers

  • Approve 2004 bond — Implement CSU ACR 73 strategic plan

  • Reform Cal Grant Program eligibility
