Employee & Organization Development

The Supervisors Academy is a program designed to provide supervisors and lead employees with the supervisory skills essential to successfully managing and directing employees at SDSU. Participants will attend eight part-day and full-day training sessions to:

• Develop core supervisory skills
• Become familiar with available resources
• Network with colleagues

The Academy is tailored specifically to meet the needs of SDSU employees with training sessions delivered by internal administrators and external consultants. The format will be six full-day/two half-day sessions facilitated by both external and internal staff. Participants are expected to attend six of the eight sessions in order to graduate.

The Supervisors Academy will be offered once during the coming year in Spring 2012 (January - March).
