SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATION

 

Part-Time Lecturers

The School of Communication, in the College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts, provides education and produces scholarship and creative work in communication in all its varied forms. The School offers exciting and groundbreaking academic programs, including undergraduate degrees in Communication and Journalism, and a master's degree in Communication, with two specializations, one in mass communication and media studies and the other in communication studies. At the undergraduate level, specializations include journalism, public relations, and advertising as well as applied communication studies, critical-cultural studies, and intercultural/international studies.

The School's 20 full-time faculty members and a complement of part-time instructors serve more than 1,200 undergraduate majors and more than 100 graduate majors. About 30graduate students hold graduate teaching assistantships.

The School of Communication invites part-time lecturer applications for potential openings in any of the School's undergraduate or graduate courses.
