PRESIDENT’S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The President's Leadership Program

The President's Leadership Program is designed to further develop the leadership culture to the SDSU Shared Vision.  This program incorporates participant feedback from the inaugural program and includes a more extensive exploration of effective leadership principles and behaviors in a facilitated, highly interactive 2.5 day learning experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

--identify the values of effective leadership
--identify and practice the behaviors of effective leadership
--participate in a shared learning experience to further develop critical mass
--build campus-wide relationships
--improve quality of individual leadership
--identify and address leadership opportunities

We are currently revisiting the course design used previously for the President's Leadership Program and hope to have a program in place by the Fall 2006 semester. We will be working towards developing a program that continues to strengthen leadership competencies and practices and appreciate your continued support and interest.

All Management Personnel Plan employees are eligible to attend.
