	Advertising the RFP This page is for informational purposes and lists sources the university may utilize for advertising a Requests for Proposal (RFP), Quotes (RFQ) and formal bids for San Diego State University, Imperial Valley Campus, Brawley Campus and other sites. It is the prospective bidder's responsibility to check the sources for each project. To be registered as a prospective bidder, suppliers must complete and submit a Supplier Payment Data Record (“PDR” STD. 204). For SDSU bidding opportunities, the university advertises in the following publications: Bids for goods, services and construction: California State Contracts Register Bids for construction projects exceeding $400,000.00: San Diego Daily Transcript Public Contracts Code Restrictions for CSU Employees California State University (CSU) employees and immediate past employees must comply with restrictions regarding contracting with the CSU.
