Trades coordinates the timely scheduling and accomplishment of work requirements to assure that each learning facility, dormitory and campus support area is maintained at its highest standard.

Building Trades includes:

• Carpenters
• Electricians
• Locksmiths
• Plumbers
• Painters
• Metal Workers
• Skilled Laborers
• Heavy Equipment Operators

Our in-house workforce is responsible for performing minor construction and maintenance, parking lot and road maintenance as well as major remodels, renovations and maintenance projects funded by Minor Capital Outlay and Special Repair.
