Restricted Areas

Shops/Storage Areas

All Physical Plant shops, storage areas, and custodial lockers, are restricted to Physical Plant personnel. Access to these areas must be requested through the Work Control Center (ext. 4-4754) or e-mail.

Manholes

All work involving campus manholes must be coordinated in advance through the Work Control Center (ext. 4-4754) or e-mail.

Mechanical Rooms, Fan Rooms, Electrical Vaults

Access to mechanical rooms, fan rooms, and electrical vaults is restricted to Physical Plant personnel. To request access, contact the Work Control Center (ext. 4-4754) or e-mail.

Roof Areas

Access to roof areas is restricted to Physical Plant personnel. Upon Physical Plant approval, roof access may be obtained for persons involved in university projects, campus events, or the operation of camera/video equipment. Access requests should be directed to the Work Control Center (ext. 4-4754) or e-mail.
