	Phone: 619-594-4754 Preventive Maintenance & Utilities Mechanical Services is divided into the areas of Preventive Maintenance and Utilities: Preventive Maintenance Facilitates the reliable, efficient and economical delivery of utility services to all customers. It also works to research, promote and implement energy conservation measures to reduce energy use without compromising service or quality. Utilities Staff are responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of all campus heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment.
