	Phone: 619-594-4754 Housing is responsible for providing building maintenance and custodial service to all university residence halls. Residential facilities include five 3-story red bricks, four high-rise buildings, 98 student apartments, an office building and three swimming pools. Building maintenance workers and housing custodial staff service over 3,000 student residents and housing staff. Custodial & Maintenance Services Regular custodial and maintenance services to all university residence facilities are under the direction of Physical Plant. For specific maintenance/repair needs which arise, service request forms are available at the main desk of each residence facility. Emergency Service Emergencies that occur between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, should be reported to the Office of Housing Administration (ext. 4-5742). After hours on evenings and weekends, contact Public Safety (ext. 4-1991).
