FY 2007-08 Deadlines

 

 

Our deadlines for this year have been approved and are as follows:

  • Fri. Apr. 4, 2008: Deadline for receipt of new work orders for projects over $2,500. No estimates can be provided.

  • Mon. Apr. 28, 2008: Deadline for receipt of new work orders. No estimates can be provided.

  • Fri. May 30, 2008: Deadline for vehicle maintenance. All vehicle maintenance not completed by this date will be billed to FY 08/09.

  • Fri. May 30, 2008: Deadline for vehicle gas and oil. All vehicle gas and oil not purchased by this date will be billed to FY 08/09.

  • Fri. May 30, 2008: Deadline for completed work orders. Work orders not completed by this date will be billed to FY 08/09

  • Mon. June 09, 2008: Deadline for departments to request corrections to billings.
