San Diego State University is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment of any kind. Educating all supervisors is critical to eliminating harassment on our campus. AB 1825
is the law that requires all employees who become supervisors to receive training within six months of assuming supervisory responsibilities.
In addition, any individual who supervises employees or student assistants (e.g. provides work direction) is required to complete the course. This training requirement is ongoing and the course must be completed every two years.
This on-line training is offered through an independent provider, Workplace Answers. Supervisors receive an e-mail communication from Workplace Answers which provides them with a personalized link to the Web-based training.
Please contact Gena Wagner, Office of Employee Relations and Compliance at 619-594-8699 if you need to be enrolled in this course.
