Management Information Exchange (MIX) – Learning Series

Purpose of Program: 
The MIX- Learning Series is designed for those administrators who are responsible for directly supervising the work of other staff.  Our workshops will include technical knowledge and practical experience to help participants be more effective managers. Participants will learn SDSU employment practices and the role each manager plays in managing the daily human resources issues.

Program Name: Performance Evaluation

Presenter: Connie Rhamy, Manager, Employment and Classification

Tuesday, June 5, 2012, 2:00pm to 3:30pm

Location: Extended Studies Center (ESC), Room 403

Program Description: This workshop will provide an overview of the evaluation process including what information to gather, writing the evaluation, and giving feedback to the employee. Managers will receive guidance on how performance evaluations should be conducted across campus and ensure that all requirements are met.
