e-Benefits automates and simplifies the process of enrolling and managing your benefit elections, whether from your office, or from the comfort of your own home. You can log into e-Benefits from any computer with Internet access by logging on to PeopleSoft Self-Service.
You will need your PeopleSoft User ID and password to log into e-Benefits. Contact the BIS Help Desk at 619-594-0899 if you need your PeopleSoft User ID and password. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.
If you do not have access to a computer or need assistance with navigating through e-Benefits, computer kiosks are available in the Center for Human Resources, Extended Studies Center, Room 406. Benefits Representatives are available to assist from Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.

All Open Enrollment elections and changes must be made through e-Benefits. Paper enrollments are not available.
