Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can learn about benefit plan design changes; change your CalPERS medical plan and/or CSU dental plan; enroll in a health plan if you do not currently have coverage; drop your existing health coverage; add new dependents to your health coverage; delete existing dependents from your health coverage; or enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (HCRA & DCRA).
