Project Description

This project will create two left turn lanes and install traffic controls at the intersection of College Avenue and Zura Way to alleviate traffic congestion to parking lot entrances: E Lot - North , F Lot and G Lot. The project also includes improvements in the current landscape architecture.

This project is contingent on completion of the MTDB Mission Valley East Trolley project and related temporary road alterations.
