	Project Summary Cost: $28,549,000 Square Feet: 132,000 GSF Status: Program Development Funding: Future Year Capital Outlay Bid Date: June 2006 Start Date: August 2006 Anticipated Completion Date: January 2008 Project Contacts Executive Architect: TBD Design-Build Contractor: TBD Project Manager: Anthony Fulton Project Description This project will upgrade this pair of 1957 vintage structures to meet current Health and Safety Code standards, correct deferred maintenance issues and improve energy conservation. These buildings house administrative and teaching lab space for the departments of Anthropology, Geography, and Foreign Languages. This two-phased renovation project is contingent upon completion of the College of Arts and Letters Building and Parking Structure 8 that relocates some office and lecture space currently in Storm and Nasatir Halls.
