	Project Summary Cost: $28,853,000 construction cost and $3,296,000 equipment cost Square Feet: 109,000 GSF Status: Complete Funding: State-funded Bond Issue Completion Date: Fall 2006 Project Contacts Executive Architect: Delawie, Wilkes, Rodriguez & Barker Design-Build Contractor: Delawie, Wilkes, Rodriguez & Barker Project Manager: Celeste Manolas Project Description New classroom and office building space was constructed for the College of Arts and Letters, including a 220-vehicle parking garage (Parking Structure 8). New single-station, faculty offices were constructed to consolidate faculty office space formerly housed in Storm and Nasatir Halls. After faculty have been relocated to their new space, renovations to Storm and Nasatir Halls will begin.
