Project Description

This resort-styled complex consists of two 6-story residential towers, Residential Suites-East (Tacuba) and Suites-West (Tepeyac), each measuring 100,150 square feet. The final component of the complex is a 47,700 square feet, bi-level residential dining facility (Residential Dining Cuicacalli).

Each tower accommodates 347 in a combination of single and double rooms. The suite configuration provides flexibility for alternative accommodation of conventions and other overnight events. The complex provides residents with well appointed outdoor space featuring beach volleyball courts, barbeque and a full size pool.

Serving both residential towers and open to the public, the sports a fully-equipped kitchen with six serving stations: each offering varied entrees including a walk-up bistro. This project is a key component of the Aztec Walk Master Plan and helps to consolidate residential operations on the east and south sides of campus. This is key to the planned redevelopment of campus.
