Capital Project Management entails a large volume of financial transactions and contractual amendments. Gwen documents all of these to assure adherence to project budgets and compliance with state administrative policies. She works with Financial Operations to establish budgets, compile required reports and assure timely fund management; maintain project files in audit-ready condition; and assemble construction bid documents for distribution.

Gwen assists project planners by coordinating RFQ interviews, RFPs and bid evaluations. She assembles professional service agreements, change orders and “extra services” authorizations for procurement processing.
