Project Description

A new 49,500 square feet Alumni Center is planned for construction to house the offices of the Alumni Association and the Campanile Foundation. The design incorporates an 8,000 square feet ballroom and full-service kitchen to accommodate 400; including alumni board room, alumni offices, University Advancement staff offices, and other meeting and conference facilities. The building exterior sports a distinctive rotunda on 55th Street and an abundance of outdoor terraces, patios and entertainment facilities. This proposed three story building will be located on an easily accessible site adjacent to Athletics and the Cox Arena to accommodate outside visitors. The project will be funded with donor funds and will proceed once funds have been secured.
