We communicate with current and former students and their families regarding eligibility of privileges and responsibilities to the University. On-line, group, and in-house exit interviews are conducted for all students leaving SDSU or dropping below half-time status (6.0 units) who received a Federal Perkins Loan, a Federal Stafford Loan, a University Long Term Loan and/or a William D. Ford Direct Loan. The purpose of this interview is to discuss information concerning their rights, privileges and financial responsibilities of the Loans.

University Collections is responsible for the collections of, and a portion of the record keeping for, the following programs:

  • Federal Perkins Loan Program
  • University Long Term Loan Program
  • Short Term Loan Program
