1. What should I bring to sign up for the first time at Human Resources? You need to bring all of these items in order to sign up for payroll:

3. Do I need to have the division coordinator signature on the Student Employment Authorization Form? Yes, you must have both the department coordinator and the division coordinator sign your Student Employment Authorization form. If all signatures are not present on your Student Employment Authorization form then Human Resources cannot begin your sign in and you will have to return to your department for all authorizing signatures. If you are Non-Work Study then you only need your department coordinator’s signature.[page top]
4. Where do I sign up for student payroll? You can sign up for Student Payroll in the Center for Human Resources. The office is located in Extended Studies Center, room 406. [page top]
Paychecks are distributed once a month around the 20th of the month. You will receive your check from your area's department coordinator or the person in your department who is authorized to pick up paychecks. Please go to the Student Financial Services web page and click on the Student Payroll Pay Days to see the dates. [page top]
