University Disbursements is responsible for the efficient and secure delivery of financial aid, scholarship and short term funds to eligible students of San Diego State University. Other areas of responsibility include:

• The accounting for and reporting of all federal,state and local grant, loan and scholarship funds.
• The administration of the Instructionally Related Activities (IRA) funds.
• Distribution of University accounts payable checks and student fee refund checks.
