Division of Student Financial Services
University Cashiers Office is responsible for collecting, accurately
recording and depositing all monies due to San Diego State University.
Our customers are students, faculty, staff, alumni and others who make
up the campus community, and we strive to provide prompt, reliable and
secure service. The University Cashiers Office maintains the student accounts,
and is also responsible for billing such items as university housing,
mandatory lab fees, residence hall telephone charges and financial aid
overpayment obligations.

Office hours: Fall/Spring*, Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After the last day of
classes for each semester, office hours for Mondays only will revert to
10:00 am to 4:15 pm. *One week prior
to the first day of classes for the Fall/Spring semesters, we will open
early @ 9:00 a.m. until the Add/Drop deadline.
Summer Hours*, Monday 10:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. *On the first day of each Summer session office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
