Lost or Stolen Card

SDSU Students, Faculty and Staff

Report lost cards online at get.cbord.com/sdsu. Click on "I Lost My Card." If you find your card, you can re-activate your card by logging into your account and clicking on "I Found My Card." If the missing card contains a funds balance, reporting your card lost will prevent others from using it. You can come to our office to request a replacement card. You must come in person to pick-up the card. We refer to your file and picture in the system for identification. Payments may be made online at www.sdsu.edu/sas.

Students - Extended Studies/American Language Institute

To obtain a replacement card, you will have to pay at your department.

Extended Studies

Pay at the Extended Studies cashier and bring the receipt to SDSUcard office.

American Language Institute

Pay at their respective office and bring another 3 x 5 white card to SDSUcard office.

Auxiliary Staff (Associated Students, Aztec Shops, SDSU Foundation)

You must come in person to pick-up the card. We refer to your file and picture in the system for identification. Another personnel form is required for SDSU Foundation, AS, and Aztec Shops and we will then supply you with a new, replacement card.

SDSU Funds Program card is non-transferable, and must be presented to campus authorities upon demand. If lost or mutilated a replacement cost will be charged. If found, drop in any mailbox.
