San Diego State University identifies a base of qualified contractors for solicitation of quotes to perform various special repair and small renovation projects annually for San Diego State University, Imperial Valley Campus and Brawley Campus. The dollar value of these projects may range from $5,000 up to $656,000 each, and will be scheduled for various times throughout the year. Contractors selected for solicitation should be readily able to comply with the university’s bid and contract requirements, including required permits, licenses, bonds, insurance and payment of prevailing wages, as detailed in the CSU Contract General Conditions for Minor Capital Outlay Projects webpage, or upon request to the university.

Licensed contractors interested in being solicited to submit a bid proposal, for such projects, should submit the Request to Participate in Minor Capital Outlay Projects form. License information and DIR registration will be verified and contractors will be added to the Minor Capital Outlay Projects Contractor List which is updated and distributed monthly, to the SDSU campus project managers.
