Virtual Open Lab

Virtual Open labs offers a dedicated time for Campus Partners to connect with Procure-to-Pay and get assistance on any topic such as Concur, Per Diem, Hospitality, or Travel. Open Lab is offered every Friday by Zoom; however, CTC cardholders can come in person to AD 116 to trade in their old CTC for a new ATC.

Exchange old CTC for new ATC only

Starting April 5, 2024 CTC cardholders will be required to trade in their CTC for the new Aztec Travel Card (ATC). Campus Partners will be able to trade in their CTC in person every Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 a.m. at Administration Building 116.
