Control of Hazardous Energy Sources (Lockout/Tagout Program)

X. RECORDS

All training, audit, and other records prepared in association with the Lockout/Tagout Program shall be managed in accordance with the requirements of the SDSU Injury and Illness Prevention Program. All audits and inspections must be documented, including identification of the machine or equipment checked, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.
