VIII. VEHICLE CHECKS

• Operators shall check industrial trucks for proper function prior to each use.
  
  
• Weekly checks shall be performed by designated staff.
  
  
• Checks shall be documented using the applicable Lift Truck Inspection Report form. See Attachment B [PDF], Attachment C [PDF], and Attachment D [PDF].
