X. PROGRAM REVIEW AND RECORD KEEPING

• This written program shall be available for all employees to review.
  
  
• EH&S shall work with applicable department Mangers and Supervisors annually to review and update this written program.
  
  
• Documentation of industrial truck checks shall be maintained in the department in which they are performed for at least three years.
  
  
• Training records shall be maintained in the applicable department for at least three years.
