HAS YOUR ORDER ARRIVED YET?
You can use our Business Services PacTrac web page to find out if your order has arrived in our warehouse. The site is located at:
http://bus.sdsu.edu/PacTrac/PTS/
Just click on the "Other Criteria" button located on the left side Menu and enter the Purchase Order number from your order. The Purchase Order number can be found in Oracle or by contacting Contract and Procurement Management at 4-5243.
If your product has arrived in our warehouse it will show the status of your order. For example:
1) What day the product was received.
2) What day the product was delivered to your department and who signed for it.
