	Requires Adobe Reader Guidelines Cardholders must follow the guidelines outlined in the PCC Handbook [PDF]. Contact Accounts Payable at ext. 4-2915 to apply for a card. Political Reform Act The Political Reform act of 1974 requires that university employees who “are deemed to make or participate in decisions which may foreseeably have a material effect on a financial interest” of their own, must file financial disclosures indicating their interests which might fall within the “conflict of interest” category. Each cardholder must sign the Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700 2003/04). This form can be downloaded from the Fair Political Practices web site and must be completed annually and turned into the SDSU Center for Human Resources.
